Development Methodology: Core architecture built upon an in-house cross-platform Forth engine (C / Rust) for modular, interactive real-time debugging via unified console interfaces. Integrated local AI assistants (DeepSeek Coder, Mistral) for accelerated testing and workflow automation.

  • Precision Lab System (Zynq-7020 SoC + AI): Designed a PCB from scratch in Altium Designer for the Alinx AC7020C board. Implemented isolated AD7401AYRWZ sigma-delta decimation filters in VHDL (PL), dynamic threshold adjustment via MCP42010 SPI potentiometers, and nanosecond-precision feedback control. Developed control software in Rust on PetaLinux using the VS Code cross-compilation toolchain. Integrated a Forth interpreter and an MQTT bridge with the Ollama LLM server.
  • ESP32/C6 IoT Firmware: Developed Web-configurable Wi-Fi/MQTT firmware for home automation sensors integrating directly with Home Assistant / Mosquitto.
